Melanie C is set to release a new EP, titled ‘The Night’, in collaboration with Jodie Harsh. The three tracks that will be included in it have been written by the two of them and produced by Harsh. It’s a dance project, which is great news for the Melanie C fans that love her more electronic stuff. While the lead track, titled ‘Set You Free’, is said to be an anthemic dance floor filler; ‘Sunrise’ is an Ibiza inspired track with ‘big-room sound, a killer beat and chopped up vocals’. ‘Walk Away’ is the closing song, a mid tempo orchestral song with a big hip hop drum.
‘The Night’ is released on iTunes Sunday 13th of May as a 3-track download plus digital booklet featuring song lyrics and exclusive images of Melanie shot by world renowned fashion photographer Tim Bret-Day.
